What will you do?

• Act as an ambassador of the customer-focused culture aimed at strengthening client relationships and leveraging the Bank’s relationships, systems, and overall expertise.
• Analyze and ensure compliance with financial and operational goals:
  • Carry out telephone collection management, primarily seeking to establish contact with the client and initiate the negotiation process aimed at obtaining a commitment or promise to pay the amount corresponding to the minimum payment. If a full minimum payment agreement is not obtained, secure a payment commitment from the client by relying on LMTs or any significant movement that reduces the client’s current delinquency.
