Articling Student – Calgary (2027-2028)

Samfiru Tumarkin LLP is a busy national litigation firm with offices in Calgary, Vancouver, Toronto, and Ottawa. Our lawyers specialize in employment law, as well as personal injury and insurance litigation.

We’re currently accepting Articling Student applications for the term at our Calgary office.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling the day-to-day carriage of Small Claims Court files under the supervision of a lawyer or paralegal
• Shadowing legal representatives at various appearances (i.e. mediations, motions, trials, etc.)
• Completing various administrative duties as needed

This position is hybrid , with the option to work remotely or from the Calgary office. For remote working, a reliable home internet connection is required.
