Join BrokerLink in Arthur, Ontario as an Account Manager, focusing on commercial insurance. Deliver outstanding customer service while managing a portfolio of commercial accounts.
In this role, you’ll work closely with an Account Executive to ensure client satisfaction and retention. A valid RIBO license and 3-5 years of P&C insurance experience are required. You will assist with customer inquiries, prepare documentation, and manage negotiations with insurers to enhance client coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer support and insurance advice promptly
• Process commercial paperwork and issue certifications
• Assist with quotes and new business processes
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies
• Follow up on payment processing and endorsements
Requirements:
• Must have a valid RIBO license
• 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
