Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for the sale of Fronius Welding Systems & Services to end customers and Sales Partners.
- Prospect and open new accounts and distribution channels.
- Provide first‑class support and develop sales with existing customers.
- Develop, establish, and grow strong relationships with all customers.
- Negotiate and close sales with an emphasis on ROI‑based selling.
- Prepare welding system configurations, service packages, and quotes based on customer needs and educate them on the benefits of a Fronius solution.
- Participate enthusiastically in trade shows.
- Provide market feedback to help shape strategic direction.
- Travel frequently and work flexible hours as required.
