employment consultants across multiple sites and support them in all aspects of
quality service delivery and performance.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of Nepean ESA with offices in Katoomba, Penrith, Richmond, Rouse Hill, Springwood, St Marys, Windsor
  • Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants to
    deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disability
  • Facilitating staff training and development to ensure the
    provision of high -quality, person-centred services
