Revenue Operations is hiring a Financial Systems Manager in the Accounts Receivable finance department. The role is focused on providing dedicated technical support to critical business functions and delivering industry‑leading financial solutions.
Responsibilities Systems Management
Manage the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Revenue Operations systems.
System bug triage, business process support, technical advisory, business requirements gathering, SOX controls.
Provide expert level technical support, address user issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution of system‑related incidents.
Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity; provide solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company policy.
