Job Description
Elevate community aquatics with the City of Kingston as an Assistant Supervisor for Recreation Programs. Lead staff, ensure safety standards, and enhance customer experiences in aquatic services.
This role supports the Supervisor of Aquatics and oversees part-time and full-time staff while building a safe and engaging aquatic environment. You will develop schedules, assist with recruitment, conduct training sessions, and facilitate smooth operations of aquatic programs. Your administrative skills will drive improvements in customer service and promote efficient communication among aquatic teams.
