Position Overview

The Client is seeking a Junior Application Support Specialist to provide operational and technical support for enterprise middleware and application environments. The successful candidate will support IT service management processes, troubleshoot application issues, coordinate changes, maintain documentation, and assist in supporting critical middleware technologies.
