Seeking an experienced Application/Production Support Engineer with 7–12 years of expertise providing L2/L3 support for enterprise applications within Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services environments. Proven ability to manage mission-critical production systems, drive incident resolution, coordinate releases, and improve platform stability through automation and DevOps practices. Strong background supporting front-office users, performing root cause analysis, managing ITIL processes, and collaborating with global technology, business, and compliance stakeholders.
