**Responsibilities & Skills**:
- Core Developer willing to perform support.
- Manage resolution by their own.
- Ability to resolve without defined KT/ Knowledge base.
**Knowledge in the next skills**:
- Unix Shell scripting
- SQL
- ITIL
- Java, Python, Node Js or C#
- Advanced English
