Application Support Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to join an operations team responsible for supporting and enhancing critical customer-facing platforms. This role combines application support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancement activities across web applications, APIs, and cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with .NET technologies, React, API development, production support, and modern deployment practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement for customer-facing web applications and API platforms.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, incidents, and support tickets.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve application stability and performance.
