Application Engineering Specialist (Montreal)

As an Application Engineering Specialist at Vention you will be reporting directly to the Application Engineering Manager, creating structural and automated designs and advising clients on industrial solutions using Vention CAD software and Machine Builder. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and will be involved in pre‑sale scope validation activities to ensure clients are set‑up for success.

What You''ll Do:

• Create effective solutions/design using Vention 3D Machine Builder and library of modular components
• Lead design review sessions with clients to provide feedback and insight on their design
• Review peers and user designs for performance, structural integrity, efficiency, and quality
• Create custom parts and drawings using standard CAD software, occasionally
• Write request for proposal for third‑party components and interact with potential suppliers
