Job Description

Role Overview The Online Application Lead will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable and secure web applications using Java Spring Boot, hosted on WebSphere Application Server (WAS) and integrated with cloud services on AWS. The role requires hands‑on technical expertise combined with leadership skills to guide a team of developers and ensure high‑quality application solutions that meet business requirements. 
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Delivery:  Lead end-to-end delivery of online/web applications. Guide a team of developers, providing technical mentorship and code reviews. Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams. 
Application Development:  Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions using Java (Spring Boot) . Manage deployment and runtime environments using WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
