Job Description

Piper Companies is hiring a Application Configuration Specialist for a healthcare company located in North Carolina. The Application Configuration Specialist will serve as the subject matter expert in their healthcare management software and be a bridge to IT, business units and vendor support. The Application Configuration Specialist can sit remote in North Carolina, but may need to travel to the office in Morrisville, NC occasionally.
Responsibilities of the Application Configuration Specialist:
Configure & support applications—manage data, alerts, reports, and system modifications.
Troubleshoot workflows & rule processing—analyze errors, suggest solutions, and improve efficiency.
End-to-end testing—write and execute test scripts, debug issues, and ensure seamless functionality.
