Elevate tenant experiences in St. Thomas, Ontario, as a full-time Apartment Operations Manager. This role encompasses leasing, administrative functions, and maintenance oversight for multiple properties.
As a pivotal member of Skyline, you'll be engaged in daily operations, including answering rental inquiries and managing tenant relations. With a rotating work schedule, including weekends and on-call duties, your commitment will ensure tenants' needs are met timely. You'll also handle minor repairs and cleaning responsibilities to uphold property standards.

• Oversee collection of rents and maintain accurate records
