Working in a high-volume, trauma-informed setting, you will provide administrative support across the processing of applications for financial assistance relating to sensitive and often distressing circumstances. While the role is primarily administration focused, you will still be exposed to confronting material and will need the ability to manage this professionally and respectfully.
About the role
You will provide day-to-day administrative support to assist with the assessment and processing of applications. This includes reviewing documentation for completeness, maintaining accurate records, updating systems, preparing correspondence, and liaising with clients and stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner.
