This role requires a unique blend of operational management, deep process expertise, and hands-on experience in configuring and leveraging theOracle Field Service Cloud platform . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solution delivery, ensuring service excellence and high customer satisfaction throughout LATAM.

Required Skills & Experience:
