This role involves providing anesthetic services in surgical areas, managing a supportive teaching environment, and engaging in simulation training. The position includes a base salary of around $500,000, with a commitment of 1997 hours annually and on-call duties of about 1 in 8.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver varied anesthetic services for multiple specialties
• Engage in resident education and mentorship
• Participate in simulation training at the Northern Simulation Centre
• Manage on-call anesthetic coverage
