Drive change at DUCA as a Business Optimization Analyst focused on enhancing member experience and operational efficiency. Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize processes.
In this full-time position, you will lead comprehensive analyses, redesign current processes, and support project implementations within the Operations department. Your expertise and insight will guide the organization toward continuous operational improvement and technological adaptation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct process discovery and mapping sessions
• Influence stakeholders for change management
• Develop and document process standards and governance
• Participate in creating training materials for changes
• Utilize SQL and Power BI for data-driven insights
Requirements:
• Degree in a relevant field required
• 5+ years’ experience in business analysis or improvement
• Background in financial services is essential
• Proficient in developing process documentation
