The GAM Strategy team serves as a trusted partner to senior leaders within Global Asset Management (GAM), providing dedicated support for the development and execution of GAM’s highest-priority strategic initiatives. The team drives alignment on strategic goals, facilitates decision-making on key priorities, and ensures effective tracking and reporting of progress.
