Project Overview
The client is a global bank with Corporate Real Estate (CRE) operations in more than 60 countries including c270 office buildings and c2,500 branches. Their ambition for the CRE function is to be trusted advisers to their integral businesses and functions, helping them to balance service, cost, and risk. This they plan to accomplish through working with key strategic industry partners to bring innovation and new working practices to their workplace. Mace will lead the global Independent Project Management Office (IPMO).
