Americas Customer Connect Leader

Hitachi Energy Mexico is looking for a Head of Customer Connect Americas to lead the Customer Connect Center operations across North and South America. In this role, you will ensure high levels of customer service delivery and operational efficiency, while providing strong leadership and accountability.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, and experience managing teams in customer service or operations. This position is a hybrid role based in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
