What You'll Do
Own and lead manufacturing performance end-to-end, driving SQDCM results (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale) and ensuring operational excellence in a high-volume automotive environment
Establish and enforce a high-discipline shopfloor operating system (Tier 1‐2‐3, SQDCM boards, Jidoka), enabling fast escalation, data-driven decisions, and zero-loss mindset
Drive process stability and operational robustness, leading root cause problem solving (8D, PDCA) and delivering sustainable improvements in scrap, downtime, and productivity
Build and develop a high-performing leadership culture, coaching supervisors and cross-functional teams while ensuring successful launches, audit readiness, and full compliance with IATF, EHS, and customer requirements
What Is Required
Proven leadership in automotive manufacturing, with 9+ years of experience (including 4+ in a similar role) managing production teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments
