Amazon Quality Systems Specialist

Become a driving force in Amazon’s RME as a Quality & Benchmarking Specialist. Help to establish and implement robust quality systems across our Fulfillment Centers.
In this role, you will build decision-making tools for site managers and evaluate the performance of RME operations. Your expertise in continuous improvement and quality standards will help Amazon maintain its operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop parts cage quality management systems
• Assist in prioritizing maintenance work based on asset risk
• Establish RME maintenance procedure quality standards
• Lead audits and analyze adherence to best practices
• Help define the 3-5 year RME Quality strategic vision
Requirements:
• 5+ years managing large engineering projects
• 5+ years in Reliability Program Management
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field
• Flexible availability for weekend and holiday shifts
