Act as assistant to the Sales Manager or, in its absence, coordinate, guide and supervise the sales routines of the store to meet the established sales targets within the commercial conditions, ensuring good customer service and satisfaction.

• Responsible for sales management and customer service at the parts counter or phone, following the routines established by the sales department, seeking to sell parts and accessories, learning customer needs, providing information, checking inventory and informing prices and payment conditions.
• Ensure quality processes and sales routines, in accordance with the established guidelines, applied daily at the allocated branch.
• Execute daily sales routines as proposed by the sales department, ensuring achievement of proposed targets.
