As a full-time Product Introduction Technician, your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and supporting Alstom products on-site. You will work closely with subcontractors while implementing field modifications and reporting on performance metrics. Your contributions will enhance the overall customer experience and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold EHSS policies during on-site operations
• Conduct troubleshooting for product availability
• Log deviations in the Failure Management database
• Implement field modifications effectively
• Provide coaching and support to junior technicians
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in technical fields
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
