Compass Homecare is seeking Personal Support Workers (PSWs) with ALS experience across the Greater Toronto Area. Join us in providing personalized, compassionate care that enhances client independence.
As a PSW, you will be directly responsible for high-quality support services under the guidance of the Client Services Coordinator. Your work will enable clients to live safely and comfortably at home through tailored care plans. You’ll engage in essential services ranging from personal care to providing emotional companionship, always fostering a respectful atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care including hygiene and grooming assistance
• Support clients with daily activities and mobility needs
• Document significant health changes using electronic systems
• Prepare meals and offer medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings
