Join AlphaPoint as a Tech Ops Engineer, working day shifts (9am-5pm EST) to uphold system performance and enhance customer operations. Dive deep into digital asset trading, ensuring system reliability and security.
Your role will focus on managing system uptime while documenting technical processes and designs. As a key player in our TechOps team, you will monitor daily operations, work with Linux deployments, and partner with DevOps for automation initiatives. Bringing your communication skills, you will effectively collaborate with IT and system administrators to fortify our infrastructure.
