Join Northern Lights College as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician Program Coordinator, overseeing instructional quality and student progress in a two-year term beginning June 2026.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for guiding the Aircraft Maintenance Technician program, supporting both students and instructors. You'll work directly with the Person Responsible for Training to deliver effective education and ensure program standards are met. Responsibilities include evaluating student progress, managing attendance, and preparing schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate student progress and report updates to PRT
• Monitor attendance control systems efficiently
• Prepare work schedules for courses and instructors
• Coordinate orientation and training sessions for relief instructors
• Provide leadership and support to instructional staff
