Tasks
Your main tasks include, among others:
Lead operationally and disciplinary assigned staff and ensure progress is made on the aircraft in line with the project plan and given targets

Supervise all aspects of the project and staff performing aircraft maintenance, ensuring all work is scheduled and performed with quality in a productive, safe, and efficient manner

Hire, discipline, transfer, promote, terminate, provide counseling, recognize, or any other personnel action, to employees assigned
