Job Description

In this role, you will report directly to the Base Manager and be responsible for marshalling, refueling and defueling aircraft based on Shell and IAS standards. You will also manage ground services, maintain cleanliness of the FBO, and uphold exemplary customer service practices. Engaging with clients and sister companies adds variety to your day and enhances client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marshal arriving aircraft and perform essential services
• Refuel and defuel following established procedures
• Move aircraft in and out of hangars as needed
• Conduct required checks and equipment maintenance
• Support customer interactions with a friendly approach
