This position will bridge the gap between traditional practices and modern operational excellence, enhancing team morale and performance across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce strict HSE compliance in all production activities
• Manage quality and cost parameters for production efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence

• Direct daily operations covering two shifts and weekends
