As part of the Packaging Analysis team, you will be responsible for mechanical design and structural analysis aimed at improving AI architecture packaging. Your tasks will include conducting design studies to understand failure modes, analyzing geometrical tolerance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role will impact product design, ensuring compliance with ambitious performance specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design mechanical stack-up models and components
• Analyze mechanical integrity and propose solutions
• Create GD&T drawings and effective CAD models
• Perform finite element analyses for design validation
• Report findings to influence design decisions
