Job Description

What you’ll do:

Act as a liaison and public relations representative for the Co-op, building strong relationships with farm customers and team members.

Load, transport, and deliver chemical and fertilizer products to customers, including receiving, unloading, and managing chemical shed shipping/receiving.

Support the Agro team with in-season crop scouting, seed treating, and fertilizer blending as required.

Maintain warehouse organization, inventory quality control, and overall yard upkeep, including equipment operation and general grounds maintenance.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
