Key Responsibilities:
• Train laborers in seed cutting and agricultural techniques
• Supervise general farm workers and coordinate tasks
• Operate and maintain farm tools and machinery
• Monitor adherence to safety and bio-security practices
• Maintain production and quality control records
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience
• Available for shifts and on-call as well
• Authorization to work in Canada
• Willingness to relocate for employment
• Experience in agriculture is a plus but training will be provided
