Job Title: Agile Orchestrator (Enterprise Agile Lead)

Role Overview: We are seeking an Agile Orchestrator to lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and enabling continuous value delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile transformation initiatives across teams
- Implement SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and delivery
- Facilitate PI planning and release alignment
- Coach teams and leadership on Agile practices
- Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Agile / transformation experience
- Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, etc.)
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience with Jira, Confluence
