Responsibilities

• Recruit social entertainment and livestreaming agencies through social media platforms, online communities, networking, and market outreach
• Introduce platform policies and cooperation opportunities to potential agencies
• Follow up the onboarding process of new agencies and take responsibility for their post‑onboarding performance growth
• Conduct competitor research regularly, including product features, operational strategies, and policy updates
• Provide suggestions for policy optimization and operational improvements based on market insights
• Conduct agency training and support work, and continuously upgrade and iterate training materials and methodologies
• Collaborate effectively with international teams across different time zones
