Aftersales Sr Insights Specialist

The insight analyst will be responsible of activities focused on the Aftersales Business like: Service Lane, Wholesale, Product Commodities, Warranty and Campaign.
The mission of **Aftersales Sr Insights Specialist** is to develop various reports and visualizations in Tableau in an effort to support specified client groups within the business function.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and design technical solutions to meet business needs by translating end user's requirements and finding innovative, creative visualizations and tools.
Must be capable of strategizing and brainstorming with the team to create a viable solution.
- Assist in development, maintenance and management of advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions primarily using Tableau.
Extracts, validates, and analyzes desired data using **SAP Business Objects** and other extraction tools.
