About the Role

The role involves monitoring performance indicators, profitability margins, sales behaviour, generating key information for internal control and operational growth.

- Consolidate and analyze post‑sales management indicators.
- Track sales margins and business profitability.
- Monitor vehicle retention in workshops and propose improvement actions.
- Analyze spare‑parts and services sales behaviour.
- Evaluate spare‑parts costs, prices, and margins to guarantee business profitability.
- Administer and parameterize spare‑part prices in SAP for assigned brands.
