Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**:
- To follow up and report Service Lane Sales Channel Performance Service View (Urban Science)
- Manager as BI platform for Retention Follow Up with Dealer Network Service Lane KPIs Reporting and Follow Up (#ROs, Ticket Average, Retention, etc.)
- Fixed Absorption KPI follow up, and improvement strategies creation in synergy with CQ&DND
- To participate actively in the creation of Aftersales Business Plan regarding Service Lane Sell Out per Dealer, Region and National figures, as well as monthly follow up, understanding strategic plan.
Business Planning, Forecasting and MTP operational responsible for Service Lane.
- Top Management reporting regarding BP figures at Local, Regional o Global level.
- Field Performance Support for daily operation and ongoing performance monitoring in order to asses operational trends and ensure Aftersales' Objectives accomplishment, through KPIs analyzes (Sell In, Sell Out, etc.)
