Tasks
 Respond to calls and emails related to equipment failures or technical inquiries. 
 Diagnose issues, advise clients, and propose appropriate solutions. 
 Follow up on cases with internal and external stakeholders. 
 Write clear and detailed diagnostic reports. 
 Identify and document recurring or major issues. 
 Support the sales team with technical questions. 
 Manage and maintain the training room. 
 Write technical and training documentation. 
 Provide internal and client training. 
 Validate new products before they are put into production. 
 Review and manage technical bulletins. 
 Apply RMA procedures and quality assurance standards. 
 Perform any other tasks related to the position.
