Job Description

The Aesthetic Sales Coach is a field-based performance and culture specialist responsible for embedding the CARES sales process within studios. This role works side-by-side with Studio Leaders and teams to model behaviors, coach live interactions, build leadership capability, and achieve sustainable improvement in guest experience and sales performance. The Aesthetic Sales Coach serves as an extension of the Regional Business Manager (RBM), helping reduce their workload by providing hands-on, immersive coaching in underperforming studios. Remote base in MN, willingness to travel across all locations within the portfolio.
