This part-time role allows you to use the AEO Selling Model to engage customers while ensuring every interaction is memorable. Your knowledge about the product will help inform shoppers, while your teamwork skills will enable you to flexibly assist in different zones of the store, including Fitting Room and Stockroom.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Provide detailed information about AE & Aerie products
• Promote the AEO loyalty program during guest interactions
• Assist across various store zones as needed
• Address guest inquiries while adhering to company policy
Requirements:
• Previous retail experience is a plus
• Hands-on problem solver with a positive attitude
