Job Title: Advocate – Real Estate

Location: Bangalore - Kalyan Nagar

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Advocate in reviewing and drafting legal documents related to property acquisition, sale, and development.
• Perform initial legal due diligence on property titles and ensure compliance with RERA and Karnataka real estate laws.
• Work with external legal teams and government authorities to secure necessary legal approvals.
• Maintain organized records of all legal documents and transactions.
• Provide legal support during property transactions, including contract negotiation and review.
• Stay updated on changes in real estate regulations and laws.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
