The Advisor, Transformation (the Advisor) provides leadership and specialized expertise in the design and implementation of system-wide transformation initiatives across the health authority. Reporting to the Director, Transformation, the Advisor plays a pivotal role in advancing strategic change efforts that span clinical care, workforce sustainability, digital health, equity, access, and operational excellence.
