Advisor for Youth Leadership and Social Engagement Program Development (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

• Develop the concept for a new youth programme in the field of political education together with management.
• Implement and further develop the concept in line with the long‑term goals of House of Grace.
• Promote cooperation with various social actors through meetings and dialogue events.
• Build relationships with national and international partners and donor organisations through professional networking, thereby increasing the reach and impact of House of Grace.
• Develop an evaluation system to accurately measure the effectiveness and impact of the new youth programme.
• Manage proper expenditure and management of funds on site in accordance with donor guidelines and AGIAMONDO specifications, working in partnership with colleagues from the partner organisation.
