Job Description
Lead Guidewire's Advanced Product Design team to innovate cloud-based solutions for insurers. Drive engineering excellence and collaboration while shaping product configuration and lifecycle management.
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll oversee 2-3 engineering teams within Guidewire’s Application Platform organization. Your leadership will ensure high accountability and a culture of innovation. You'll focus on scalable, secure, and observable services aligned with engineering standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans.

• Lead multiple engineering teams with a focus on coaching and inclusion
• Drive operational maturity and architecture of the APD platform
• Own delivery of APD’s design-time and runtime capabilities
