**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Tacoma, WA is actively seeking a full time experienced and dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our expanding team. This unique opportunity offers the chance to deliver high-acuity critical care across five diverse hospital settings, ranging from community hospitals to a tertiary-care medical center with advanced services including Cardiothoracic Surgery and Neurosurgery, and a Level II Trauma Center. As a valued member of our collaborative critical care team, you will work closely with Board Certified physicians and a growing cohort of APPs in a supportive team environment. This role involves comprehensive patient management, from assessment and diagnosis to developing and executing treatment plans, performing critical invasive procedures, and ensuring continuity of care.
