Join McMillan as a Finance Systems Administrator in their Toronto office, providing support for financial applications in a hybrid setting. Collaborate to enhance systems and support users effectively.
In this permanent position, you will report to the Director of Financial Systems, Planning & Analysis. You'll work closely with IT, Finance, and EPMO groups to implement system changes and troubleshoot issues related to legal applications. Your technical skills will support the seamless function of both on-premises and cloud systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain financial application platforms
• Liaise with implementation partners during upgrades
• Respond promptly to user inquiries for support
• Conduct end-to-end testing for system changes
• Document functionalities and troubleshooting steps
