Job Description

Black & McDonald seeks a motivated Contract Administrator to provide exceptional client service and effective solution management. This role features comprehensive administrative tasks in a supportive environment.
Reporting to the Billing Supervisor, your contributions will include managing timesheets, payroll uploads, and comprehensive reporting on contract compliance. You’ll work collaboratively with your manager and team, undertaking process improvements while maintaining a positive learning attitude. Your proactive approach will be fundamental in tackling the challenges that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct timesheet reviews and manage payroll uploads
• Assist in contract performance reporting and renewals
• Facilitate vendor management system registrations
• Process vendor invoices and manage work orders
